GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING - QC MANAGER - MANUFACTURING

§ Work location: New factory in Tan Uyen, Binh Duong (company bus is provided from VSIP I)
§ Work time: Monday - Saturday (8:00 - 17:00), Saturday off every other week
§ Salary range: Gross 800 - 1200 USD (negotiable based on the candidate’s capability)
JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Control PQC and OQC separately
- Work closely with related departments on mass production of specific products
- Manage QC team; supervise and train for subordinates
- Lead the team in preventing defective products
- Take charge of quality management and improvement from both internal and external sides
- Deal with client’s feedback and arising issues (most clients are Japanese)
- Report to General Director and Japanese Manager on quality-related problems
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Diploma Degree in related fields
- Language skill(s): Japanese business level (equivalent to N3)
- Experience working in QC function for plastic/mold products in Japanese manufacturing companies
§ Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Any
- Age: Around 30s
