<Job Description> - Main Products: Machined components, metal products, electronic materials, chemicals, industrial machinery parts, etc. - Support client/supplier audits. - Handle new product implementation (NPI). - Conduct periodic supplier checks (quality guidance, improvement, and follow-up). - Manage, operate, and promote the activities of the ISO 9001 & 14001 system. - Be responsible for handling external ISO and customer inspections/audits. - Standardize work procedures, build organizational operating processes (SOPs), enforce and control the organization's operations to minimize risks; - improve operational processes. - Conduct market research, study competitors' products, collect and process internal and external information regarding products and pricing to propose suitable product improvements. - Organize the adoption of new technologies to provide solutions for product research, design, and quality improvement. - Coordinate and support other Departments/Divisions in establishing and issuing operational regulations and procedures. - Understand customer quality standard requirements, especially those from US and Japanese clients. - Propose measures to prevent product quality issues during the initial stages of mass production. - Perform quality checks at each stage of mass production at the factory. - Handle quality-related issues, customer complaints, and investigate the root causes of quality defects. - Develop plans, corrective actions, and confirm improvement progress after defect detection. - Communicate with customers regarding quality and related issues. - Further details will be discussed during the interview.
Job Requirement
<Requirements> ・Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical fields. ・Languages: Japanese - Business Level (N2); English - Communicative Level. ・Experience: Minimum 5 years of practical experience in related fields within the electronic component machinery manufacturing industry (Process Improvement Management, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, System Quality Management, etc.). ・Possess in-depth knowledge of electronic component machinery manufacturing processes and quality control standards. ・Good (or excellent) logical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills. ・High capacity for team management/leadership and the ability to assign/delegate tasks appropriately to staff. ・Possess a high sense of responsibility and the ability to work well under pressure. ・Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with other departments.
