Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Lead the quality team and manage the inspection of parts and product quality during production. ・Prepare reports and communicate with the Japanese supervisor. ・Check products during production and before shipment to make sure they meet quality standards. ・Monitor and evaluate product quality by checking numbers, appearance, and function. ・Quickly find and report any problems or defects during production. ・Find the cause of defects and suggest ways to fix and improve the process. ・Record and keep inspection data, and make quality reports. ・Work with other departments to solve quality problems. ＜仕事内容＞ ・品質チームをまとめて、部品のチェックや生産中の品質を管理する。 ・報告書を作って、日本人上司に連絡・報告する。 ・作っている途中や出荷前に製品をチェックし、品質が基準に合っているか確認する。 ・部品の数字や見た目、動きを見て品質をチェック・評価する。 ・作業中に出た問題や不良をすぐに見つけて報告する。 ・不良の原因を調べて、直す方法や改善案を出す。 ・検査のデータを記録・保管して、品質の報告書を作る。 ・品質の問題を直すために、関係する部署と協力する。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: - Japanese - Intermediate Level (N3 for internal use) - English - Conversational Level (For writing and Reading) ・Experience: - At least 1 year of QA experience in the manufacturing industry. - Have been trained in Japan with experience in Quality Management or related positions. - Knowledgeable about regulations on quality management and ISO standards. ・Others: - Proficient in computer skills (Excel). - Good communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and work independently. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Education: - College degree with a major in Quality Management OR - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or other related fields. ・Have knowledge of plastic products and molds for plastics. ＜必須スキル・経験＞ ・言語： － 日本語：中級レベル（社内使用・N3程度） － 英語：会話レベル（読み書きができる程度） ・経験： ー一年以上、製造業でQAの経験があること － 日本で研修を受け、品質管理または関連職種での経験があること。 － 品質管理に関する規定やISO規格に関する知識を有すること。 ・その他： － コンピュータスキル（特にExcel）があること。 － コミュニケーション能力が高く、チームをまとめる力や自立して業務を進める能力を持つこと。 ＜歓迎スキル・経験＞ ・学歴： － 品質管理専攻の短期大学卒 または － 経営学、エンジニアリングマネジメント、その他関連分野の学士号を有すること。 ・プラスチック製品および金型に関する知識を有すること。
