Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Incoming inspection and specification verification of raw materials (non-woven fabric) and packaging materials - Quality checks during production (appearance, dimensions, strength, cleanliness, etc.) - Defect analysis and corrective actions for products/packaging (root cause identification, recurrence prevention) - Prepare quality records and reports; maintain standards (internal specifications, customer requirements) * This position will be candidate for future management position
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25-30 years old ・Language: English Intermediate Level or Japanese Intermediate Level (for internal use) ・Experience: Have 3 years of working experience in QA positions in a Japanese manufacturing company - Have experience in ISO <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Has leadership experience - Nonwoven fabric experience - Experience working at a Japanese company - Customer-facing experience as a quality control specialist <Ideal candidate> - Low job-hopping history - Can commute to work by themselves
