<Job Responsibilities> • Working with customers about requirements, specifications, working processes, budget/cost, and technical solutions. • Transfer requirements from customers to the Vietnam team • Find out problems and optimize operations in factories. • Manage project resources (human, budget, devices... • Collect and study the business process (especially production processes) of factories, and lecture or transfer to other team members.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Age: 25-40 - Educational Background: University degree - Experience: + Have experience working in the manufacturing domain + Understand the business process of factories - Be willing to work onsite in factories (for testing, debugging and deployment) - Have project management skills, and knowledge about CMMI, Agile,… - Language: English & Japanese - Business Level (to communicate and negotiate with foreign clients) <Preferable Skill / Experience> • Experience in software development • Understand the legal rule (contract, accounting...) • Experience in project management at a Japanese company or for Japanese clients • Onsite working experience in Japan. • Able to work under the tight schedule. • Having PMP certification is preferred
