Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Directly manage and supervise a team of 5 production workers in the workshop. 2. Ensure that the production plan is executed on schedule, meeting quality and safety standards. 3. Instruct workers on operating machinery according to proper procedures. 4. Control raw materials, production tools, and propose material needs/requests. 5. Monitor and report daily production progress and status to upper management. 6. Coordinate with management to handle and resolve incidents during the production process. 7. Train and evaluate the work performance of the team members.
Job Requirement
<Requirements> - Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. - Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (N3 equivalent or higher). - Experience: + Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company. + Experience as a technical intern (Trainee/Kenshusei) in Japan is a plus/will be prioritized.
