Job Description

<Position Objective / Expectation>
- In the product manufacturing process, you will be responsible for carrying out operations accurately in accordance with work procedures, contributing to stable production.
In the future, you are expected to take on a team leader role, including managing workers and improving production processes.

- Work ratio: Factory 50% / Office 50%
*Training will be provided as needed, depending on your capabilities after joining the company.

<Job Responsibilities>
 - Perform manufacturing tasks in accordance with work procedures
(The contents are easy to understand even for inexperienced workers)
 - Carry out tasks based on instructions from supervisors or team leaders
 - Execute and support operations within the assigned process
 - Comply with hygiene rules and work regulations
 - Report any issues that occur during operations
 - Participate in improvement activities (efficiency and quality improvement)
 - Support machine inspection activities
 - Support worker allocation (e.g., shift scheduling)
 - Handle production management tasks (data input and management using PC)

勤務比率:工場 50% / オフィス 50%
※入社後、能力に応じて随時研修を予定

<業務内容>
・作業手順書に従い、製造業務の実施(内容は未経験者でも理解可能なレベル)
・上司やリーダーの指示に基づいた作業対応
・担当工程における作業の実施およびサポート
・衛生ルールや作業ルールの遵守
・作業中に発生した問題の報告
・改善活動への参加(効率化・品質向上など)
・機械点検業務のサポート
・ワーカーさんの人員調整(シフト作成など)のサポート
・生産管理に関する業務(PCでのデータ入力・管理など)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: Japanese (Intermediate level or above, equivalent to N3 or higher)
・Experience: Candidates must meet at least one of the following:
          - At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in a Japanese food factory
          - At least 2 years of working experience in Japan as a Technical Intern Trainee or under the Specified Skilled Worker program
・Others: 
          - Understanding and awareness of hygiene management, as the role involves handling food products
          - Candidates who are able to work night shifts (night shift allowance will be provided separately)

<必須条件(Necessary Skill / Experience)>
・性別:不問
・年齢:25~30歳
・語学:日本語 中級レベル以上(N3相当以上)
・経験:以下のいずれかの経験を有する方
 - 日系食品工場にて2年以上の製造経験
 - 技能実習生または特定技能として、日本で2年以上の就業経験

・その他:
 - 食品を取り扱う業務のため、衛生管理に対する理解・意識を有している方
 - 夜勤シフトでの勤務が可能な方(夜勤手当別途支給)
