Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and supervise the department's production - Monitor implementation to ensure operational safety and compliance with company rules and regulations. - Monitor implementation to ensure operational safety and compliance with company rules and regulations. - Develop proposals for improving production capacity. - Work and communicate with other departments on issues related to the department. - Give instructions to subordinates to ensure departmental development goals are met. - Manage using the 4Ms (people, machinery, materials, methods). - Train subordinates in work management skills, and guide them in reporting, communication, and discussion skills. - Overall management of production, quality, 3Q6S, and workplace safety; monitor progress and report daily. - Receive and execute instructions from superiors.
