<Job Description> - Manage and oversee production line operations on-site. - Manage and coordinate production site personnel. - Monitor, supervise, and maintain quality production activities within the department, and implement improvements. - Understand and have technical knowledge of plastic injection molding, painting, etc. - Interpret product drawings and mold designs. - Propose improvements and cost-saving measures for materials and labor. - Report production activities and any arising issues to the management board.
Job Requirement
<Requirements> - Gender: Male - Age: 35 – 50 - Education: College degree or higher in Engineering-related fields - Language: Japanese – Business level - Experience: + 3–5 years of experience as a Production Manager in manufacturing companies, preferably Japanese companies + Experience and understanding of plastic injection molding, painting, printing, assembly, etc., in the plastic product industry - Other requirements: + Responsible in work (monitoring production progress, personnel, and promptly reporting any issues) + Quick, proactive, with problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints (if any)
