<Job Responsibilities> - Manage department objectives and targets. - Manage occupational health and safety (OHS). - Manage production planning and schedule. - Manage personnel working under a 4-team, 3-shift working system. - Resolve emerging problems to ensure stable production. - Exchange and coordinate work with Japanese managers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or above. - At least 5-8 years of experience in an organization/team management role (implied by managerial position and age requirement). - Experience working in a Japanese company. - Skills in production management, safety management, and workforce management.
