Job Description
<Job Summary>
• Manage and oversee the entire production operations to meet quality, cost, and targets.
• Build and lead a high-performance production team aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Ensure effective communication with the Japanese Director and participate in technical training in Japan.
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset and foster a professional production culture.
<Main Responsibilities>
1. Production Operations:
• Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day production activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality, cost, delivery, and food safety standards.
• Monitor and optimize equipment, manpower, and material usage.
2. Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and develop production staff.
• Promote a collaborative and disciplined working environment.
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching as needed.
3. Process Improvement:
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with QC, Maintenance, Planning, and other departments to resolve production issues.
4. Reporting and KPI Management:
• Monitor and report on key production metrics: yield, downtime, defects, etc.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Communication with Japan
• Work closely with Japanese team members during their business trips.
• Travel to Japan for production technology training (short-term).
• Serve as a key bridge between Vietnam and Japan to transfer knowledge and ensure alignment.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related fields.
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N2 or above)
・Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or dairy industry.
- Proven experience in production supervision or production management roles.
・Others:
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ambitious and resilient, with a strong willingness to learn and take on challenges.
- Open to candidates currently in Vietnam or in Japan with the intention to relocate back to Vietnam.

- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Preferred candidates who live within a convenient commuting distance.
