Job Description
<Job responsibilities> ・Coordinate and communicate production requests and requirements from Japan HQ to local factories ・Monitor production progress, report updates, and support problem-solving when issues arise ・Assist with production scheduling and delivery management ・Conduct simple checks and adjustments regarding quality, quantity, and delivery deadlines ・Participate in meetings and communications with Japan HQ (including interpretation and reporting) ※ Frequent visits to Thai Binh factories are required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Above college ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25－35 years old ・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 and above - certificate is not required) ・Experience: Minimum of 3 years of working experience in production management or quality control within manufacturing, ・Strong interest in toys and willingness to take on production management responsibilities <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in production management ・Chinese language skills (Have Chinese partner companies) ・Ability to visit partner factories in Thai Binh Province up to 3 times per week ・Live near Ninh Bình and can commute to work by themselves. <Preferred personality> ・Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively ・Proactive attitude as a bridge between Japan and Vietnam ・Positive mindset and willingness to take on new challenges
