<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage the production plan for the assembly line.
- Manage orders, production schedules, and shipments.
- Manage line costs and profits.
- Communicate and report directly to Japanese superiors.
- Provide support to assembly line customers.

・組立ラインの生産計画を管理する。
・注文、製造スケジュール、出荷を管理する。
・ラインのコストおよび利益を管理する。
・日本人上司と直接コミュニケーションを取り、報告を行う。
・組立ラインの顧客にサポートを提供する。

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Up to 40 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: From a College Degree
・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (equivalent to N3) 
・Experience & Skills: 
   - Have more than 2 years of experience in Production management in any manufacturing company 
   - Have worked experience in Japan as a "Trainee" or "Tokutei"
   - Can use Excel
