Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience> - Education: College Degree or higher in a technical/engineering major. - Language: Japanese – Intermediate Level (Equivalent to N3), proficient for use in a professional working environment. - Experience: 4 years or more in production floor management/production improvement. - Skills: Ability to establish team policies/principles and manage progress. - Others: Proficient in Microsoft Office/office computer skills.
