Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Participate in the installation and setup of new equipment and production lines. - Engage in the launch management and monitoring of new products and testing products. - Supervise and handle technical issues that arise during the production process. - Perform maintenance on production equipment and plant utility facilities. - Implement improvements aimed at enhancing product quality and work efficiency. - Develop and create various operational documents, such as inspection check sheets and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. - Language Skill: Can communicate in basic Japanese (~ JLPT N3) - At least 2 years of experience in a technical role within a manufacturing plant. - Good knowledge of electricity and automation equipment. - Good knowledge of production processes. - Basic understanding of technical drawings. - Residing within 20km of the company
