Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for production engineering related tasks in the factory (design drawings, machine installation, repair, molds, jigs, etc.) - Plan and perform machine and equipment maintenance work - Set up production lines for new products - Implement continuous improvements to reduce defects and enhance production line efficiency - Prepare weekly/monthly reports directly to the Factory Director and General Director - Maintain ISO system and 5S of the department - Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree/college degree in engineering - At least 3 years of production engineering experience in Japanese manufacturing companies in connector cable, USB cable, multicore cable production - Understanding of molds, jigs, welding machines, casting machines, stamping machines - Able to use AutoCAD for technical drawings of connection cables and electronic components - Japanese communication skills for work - English reading comprehension for technical drawings and documents - Proficient in office IT: AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint - Dynamic, honest, hardworking, careful, high sense of responsibility
