Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Production Planning • Receive sales orders and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans. • Monitor, update, and adjust production schedules to ensure on-time delivery. 2. Production Material Management • Calculate material requirements (BOM/standard material consumption). • Request raw material procurement. • Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory. 3. Production Progress Control • Monitor, analyze, resolve, and report production schedule issues to ensure smooth operations. 4. Production Control (PC) Operations • Prepare and issue production orders. • Track actual production output, inventory levels, and delivery schedules. • Update data in the system. • Prepare production-related reports. 5. Team Management • Manage the Production Control (PC) team and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - College diploma or bachelor's degree. - 3–5 years of experience in Production Control/Production Management in a Japanese manufacturing company. - Experience using an ERP system is preferred; 1–2 years of team management experience is an advantage. - Business-level Japanese communication skills. - Strong planning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
