Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Ensure the quality management system is properly established and maintained throughout the production process - Control and ensure that non-conforming products are not shipped out - Investigate root causes and prepare reports when quality-related issues occur - Manage personnel and train team members based on work instructions and procedures ＜仕事内容＞ ・生産工程において品質管理システムが確立され、維持されていることを確保する。 ・不適合品が出荷されないよう管理・徹底する。 ・製品品質に関する問題が発生した場合、原因を調査し、報告書を提出する。 ・人員管理を行い、作業手順に基づいてチームメンバーの教育・指導を実施する。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 24-40 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (equivalent to N3 or higher) ・Experience & Skills: - At least 6 months of experience in quality control in the production process <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・English proficiency preferred (ability to read and understand documents)
