GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: Japanese Speaking - Paralegal in Ho Chi Minh Office
Level: Manager
Contract Term: Permanent
Recruitment Reason: Expand

Work Location: HCMC
Work Time: 2 Day off / a week (Mon. - Fri. 8:00am-17:30pm )
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

JOB DUTIES
Business Support to a lawyer
Main Tasks:
Law revision check Care for lawyer’s client
Preparation and translation (Japanese / English / Vietnamese) for submission of documents to
authorities concerning company establishment, joint venture etc.
Response preparation preparation for daily legal counseling (including Japanese translation of
Japanese e-mail within the client and in-house team)
Research (laws, literature, etc).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desireble Background & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor Degree, Japan, Vietnam, or other overseas law department or law school graduate
(Welcoming studying abroad experience in Japan.)
Language Skills: English – Business (We may request for easy translation work)
Japanese－Business *( N1 preferable)
Who has several years of experience in one of the following jobs (no new graduate)
1. Paralegals and legal support in Japanese at Vietnam, Japan or other overseas law firms
2. Client services such as legal advice and consulting in Japanese at accounting offices in Vietnam,
Japan or other overseas
3. Employment in Japanese in legal affairs, examination division etc. in companies
in Vietnam, Japan or overseas
