Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee two departments and work in collaboration with Japan. - Overall management of work requested from Japan. - Receive instructions in Japanese from the field and assign them to departments and members. - Read Japanese drawings and prepare documents to confirm the field situation. *Drawings may be revised as necessary. - Perform temperature stress analysis. - Manage delivery dates for requested work. - Team member development. ＜仕事内容＞ ・2つの部門を統括して日本と連携して業務を行います。 ・日本から依頼される業務の管理全般 ・現場から日本語での指示を受けて部門、メンバーへのアサイン ・日本語の図面を読み取り、現場状況の確認用資料を作成する。 ※必要に応じて図面の修正あり ・温度応力解析の実施。 ・依頼業務の納期管理 ・メンバーの育成
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: College or above in Construction, Architecture. ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30-40 ・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (equivalent to JLPT N3 and above) ・Experience: - Having more than 5 years of working experience in any position at a construction company ⁻ Having experience in working at site in Japan. - Having work experience in a Japanese construction company - Having good knowledge of a construction site - Having more than 2year experience using Revit,(3D CAD) - Having business management experience with member management <Preferred Skill> ・Have experience working long-term in Japanese companies ・Having Numerical analysis, Temperature Stress Analysis is big plus
