<Job Responsibilities> - Design, fabrication, and maintenance of injection molds - Maintenance and inspection primarily of in-house molds (with partial support for customer-owned molds) - Mold setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting within the injection molding process - Mold improvement activities aimed at enhancing quality and productivity - Support for other staff as needed due to a small team structure - Flexible, hands-on support across the shop floor without being limited to a fixed job scope <主な仕事内容> ・射出成型用金型の設計・製作・メンテナンス ・自社金型を中心とした保守・点検（一部、客先金型も対応） ・射出成型工程における金型の段取り・調整・トラブル対応 ・品質・生産性向上のための金型改善活動 ・少人数体制のため、状況に応じて他スタッフの業務サポート ・職務範囲にとらわれず、現場全体を支える柔軟な対応
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30~40 ・Education: College Diploma or higher ・Language: Japanese at Conversational level ・Experience: - At least 3 years of experience in the design, fabrication, and maintenance of injection molds - Hands-on experience in a plastic injection molding factory ・Personal Attributes: - Able to work flexibly in a small-team environment - Willing to be involved in hands-on shop-floor work and values teamwork <Preferred Skills & Experience> ・Experience handling both in-house molds and customer-owned molds is a plus ・Experience working for a Japanese company or a strong understanding of Japanese-style quality standards ＜必須スキル・経験＞ 性別：不問 年齢：30～40歳 学歴：専門学校卒以上 言語：日本語で日常会話ができるレベル 経験： 射出成型用金型の設計・製作・メンテナンス経験が3年以上 プラスチック成型工場での実務経験 人物像： 少人数組織で柔軟に動ける方 現場作業を厭わず、チームワークを大切にできる方 ＜歓迎スキル・経験＞ 自社金型・客先金型の両方を扱った経験があると尚良 日本企業での就業経験、または日本式の品質意識への理解
