Job Description
<Job responsibilities>
1. Check orders on the customer's system according to the set plan. (Is the order issued according to plan, correct quantity, color, on time or not)
2. Confirm information with customers about the order when there is a problem. (mainly working with the Japanese side).
3. Send the order to the factory for production.
4. Carry out related tasks and operations when the goods are delayed.
5. Respond to requests from the factory as well as customers to ensure the factory's production progress as well as customers' sales needs.
6. In addition, respond to tasks related to general order management requests from customers
Job Requirement
<Required Skills/Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
・Gender: Any
・Age: 23 - 30
・Language: Japanese - Intermediate level (equivalent to JLPT N3)
・Experience: Experience in working in the field of Logistics (specifically export) or order management
<Skills>:
Requires a high sense of responsibility for work and the ability to respond quickly.
