<Job responsibilities> As a Mechanical Engineer (Supervisor Level), you will be responsible for machining operations, equipment management, and team leadership on the production floor. ・Executing and managing machining operations based on production plans and design drawings ・Maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of machine tools ・Monitoring production line progress and proposing improvements ・Standardizing work procedures and managing quality control ・Providing instructions, training, and guidance to on-site workers ・Coordinating and reporting to Japanese and local managers ・Planning and implementing equipment improvements and efficiency measures as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Vocational School and above ・Gender: Any ・Age: 26–35 years old ・Language: Japanese Conversational Level (from N3) ・Experience: At least 4 years of engineering experience with machine tools (machining or maintenance) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese within the company ・Experience leading or mentoring team members ・Basic knowledge of electrical systems <Ideal Candidate> ・Prioritizes hands-on work on the shop floor and can take initiative ・Bring the team together while cooperating with others ・Respond calmly to equipment malfunctions and challenges ・Can take responsibility for maintaining a stable production system
