<Job Responsibilities> ・Daily operational management of the SMT line (checking production progress, setup, and operating status) ・Providing work guidance, training, and support to operators and technical staff ・Checking assembly quality, initial response to defects, and root cause analysis ・Coordinating with relevant departments in the event of equipment trouble ・Proposing process and work improvements to enhance production efficiency ・Reporting to managers, sharing on-site issues, and managing improvement progress ・Coordinating with other departments (quality control, production technology, maintenance, etc.)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience > Required conditions: ・Education: Vocational school graduate or higher ・Age: 27~35 years old ・Language: Japanese, conversational level (for internal communication) ・5+ years of experience as an SMT manufacturing engineer ・Experience as a leader or team manager ・Experience in identifying and addressing issues in the manufacturing environment Nice to have: ・Experience in quality control ・Experience in production technology ・Knowledge and experience in the mounting process
