Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Engineering and team leadership for the mounting department (board mounting/SMT)
・Ensuring stable operation of the mounting line and promoting improvement activities
・Participating in meetings with the technical department at the Japan headquarters and Japanese personnel
・Technical support for improving quality and yield
・Technical guidance and training for workers and young engineers
・Supporting and acting on behalf of Japanese expatriates (reporting, communicating, and coordinating in Japanese)
・Implementing improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce costs
*Duties will vary depending on experience
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College Diploma, major in Mechanical Engineering
・Age: 30-40 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: Japanese Fluent Level (Equivalent to N1 level)
・5+ years of experience in production management, quality control, and manufacturing management
・Has experience in SMT/mounting processes
・Team leader or sub-leader experience (management of several to a dozen people)
