<Expectation>
You will be responsible for managing mass production machining lines for metal parts using machining centers (MC), CNC/NC lathes, and grinding machines, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement in productivity and quality.
<Job Responsibilities>
・Improve productivity (enhancing efficiency and reducing waste)
・Manage quality control (analyze root causes of defects and implement improvements)
・Oversee equipment management (maintenance and troubleshooting)
・Monitor production status (track progress and performance)
・Supervise shop floor staff (work allocation, shift management, and guidance)
・Train and develop team members
・Collaborate with other departments on improvement initiatives and new product launches
・Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations

マシニングセンター（MC）、NC旋盤、研削盤などを使用した金属部品の量産加工ラインの管理を担当します。
<業務内容>
・生産性の向上（効率改善やムダの削減）
・品質管理（不良の原因分析や改善）
・設備管理（メンテナンスやトラブル対応）
・生産状況の管理（進捗や実績の確認）
・現場スタッフの管理（配置・シフト・指導）
・部下の教育・育成
・他部門と連携した改善活動や新製品立ち上げ対応
・安全ルールの徹底
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Japanese Intermediate level (equivalent to JLPT N3 or above)
・Experience:
- Management experience
- Metal processing experience:
+ Knowledge of machinery (Machining center, NC lathe, surface grinding machine, heat treatment, etc.)
+ Ability to read technical drawings
+ Knowledge of machining programming
+ Knowledge of cutting tools and jigs/fixtures
+ Knowledge of measuring instruments
・Others:
- PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Productivity improvement knowledge (experience in quality improvement, equipment improvement, etc.)
・Can commute to the workplace independently
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Language:
- Having a Japanese language certification (N2 or N3)

- マネジメント経験
- 金属加工の経験

+ 図面読解力
+ 加工プログラミングの知識
+ 刃具・治具の知識
+ 測定器の知識
・その他：
- PCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPointなど）
- 生産性向上の知識（品質改善、設備改善などの経験）
- 自力通勤が可能な方
