＜業務内容＞
・金属部品加工ラインの安定稼働に向けた運用・管理業務全般
・生産現場における技術的課題の特定および改善・トラブルシューティング対応
・新規部品の立ち上げおよび加工プロセスの最適化・継続的改善の推進
・品質基準の維持・向上に向けた品質管理および不良発生時の原因分析・対策実施
・生産設備の点検・保全を含む設備管理業務
・労働安全衛生の徹底および安全管理体制の構築・運用
・その他、生産管理に付随する各種業務
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 26 - 34
・Education: College Diploma or higher
・Language: Japanese Intermediate level (equivalent to JLPT N3 or above)
・Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in machine processing (Machining Center, NC Lathe, or Grinding Machine) in a manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of machining
・Skills:
- Machine operation (Machining Center or NC Lathe or Surface Grinding Machine)
- Programming skills
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Measurement equipment operation
- Knowledge of cutting tools, jigs, and materials
- PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
・Other: Must be able to commute independently

・年齢：26歳～34歳
・学歴：短大・専門卒以上
・語学：日本語中級レベル（JLPT N3相当以上）
・経験：
- 製造現場における機械加工（マシニングセンター、NC旋盤、研削盤などいずれか）の実務経験を2年以上お持ちの方
- 機械加工に関する基礎知識を有する方
・スキル：
・マシンオペレーション（マシニングセンタ、NC旋盤、平面研削盤のいずれか）
・プログラミングスキル
・図面読解力
・測定機器の操作スキル
・切削工具、治具、材料に関する知識
・PCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint など）
・その他：自力通勤が可能な方
