Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Act as a bridge between the Japan head office and the local staff in Vietnam ・Manage schedules and progress for the CG perspective production requested by Japan HQ ・Understand requests and design concepts from Japan HQ and clearly explain them to local staff ・Check quality and delivery timelines of CG perspectives and coordinate revisions ・Provide basic technical support and advice related to interior design and construction ・Report project progress, identify issues, and suggest improvements ・Coordinate with related departments and external partners when necessary ＜業務内容＞ ・日本本社とベトナム現地スタッフ間の調整・ブリッジ業務 ・日本本社から依頼されるCGパース制作案件の進行管理、スケジュール管理 ・日本本社の要望・設計意図を正確に理解し、現地スタッフへ具体的な指示として落とし込み ・CGパースの品質・納期管理および修正指示の取りまとめ ・内装デザイン・施工に関する基本的な技術的確認および助言 ・プロジェクト進捗の報告、課題抽出および改善提案 ・必要に応じて関連部署や外部パートナーとの調整業務
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (Equivalent to N2 level or above. For Internal Use) ・Experience: - Around 2 years of experience in creating CG perspectives for interiors of commercial facilities - Experience acting as a bridge between Japanese and Vietnamese companies, including schedule management and giving instructions, or experience in a managerial position with related tasks. ・Skill: - 3Ds Max or SketchUp up or Chaos Corona
