<Job Responsibilities>
1. Internal Legal Affairs:
· Assisting with various administrative reports.
· Managing and renewing licenses.
· Establishing, amending, and monitoring compliance with internal regulations.
· Reviewing contracts.
· Preparing materials for general shareholders' meetings, including meeting minutes and resolutions.
2. Decision-making Support:
· Reviewing and scrutinizing various approvals and applications.
3. Internal Training:
· Conducting regular training sessions.
· Distributing regular legal newsletters.
4. Internal Audits and Voluntary Inspections:
· Providing support for internal audits and self-check activities.
5. Departmental Support:
· Conducting legal and regulatory research, reviewing contracts, and other related tasks.
6. Group Company Affairs:
· Standardizing rules and regulations for group companies.
· Managing the compliance status of group companies.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
· Education background: Bachelor's degree in Law
· Language skills: Japanese Business Level (N1) and English business level
· Experience: at least 1 year of experience as Legal staff
· Knowledge of labor laws, legal matters, accounting, and taxation.
· Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail.
· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with various departments and stakeholders.
· Logical thinking: Ability to approach tasks systematically, break down complex issues, and provide practical and effective solutions.
· Personal qualities: Carefulness, Proactive, self-motivated, analytical mindset, adaptability, time management.
