<Products: Software Development (web service) > <Clients: Mainly Japanese company in Japan and Vietnam > <Saturday Working: NO > <Job Responsibilities> Progress issue manager (PIM): - Create and daily update Schedule - Daily resources/progress/issues tracking and monitoring based backlog and BAL information - Report progress/issues to customer by daily meeting - Attendance management - Report Issue/Risk to customer when Business Analysis Leader (BAL) shared - Create Retrospective after BAL analysis bugs IT Communicator - Interpreter in the meetings between project team and the customers, in the internal meetings (face-to-face meetings, video meetings, etc) - Translate the documents of software development projects, administrative documents - Take charge of assigned back-office tasks - Other assigned tasks from the managers
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Gender : Any - Age : 25 - 35 - Bachelor degree - Japanese skill : Fluent level (N1 level) - Excellent communication (verbal and written) skill - More than 5 years experiences as IT communicator or interpreter AND more than 1 year experience as project manager in IT industry - Having working experience in IT company - Having the project management experience and skill ** Personality as below: - International mindset - Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills - Being active, creative and positive in working - Extraordinary attention to details - Have potential to be a leader/ manager in the future - English communication (verbal and written) skill is a plus <Preferable Skill / Experience> - English skill : Conversational level - Person who have knowledge of IT and programming - Person who have knowledge of administrative and accounting - Person who used to live and work in Japan <Schedule> - Joining date : ASAP - Interview times : 1 - 2 rounds **Logical Thinking written test available
