Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's degree (National University graduation qualification) ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30s (under 40y) ・Language: Business - More than N2 level in Japanese ・Having work experience in QA position at the Manager or Assistant Manager level Others: ・Having skills in managing and leading members ・Good knowledge of ISO(such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) ・Good understanding of Japanese company culture ・Internal coordination and communication skills ・Data analysis and improvement proposal skills ・Problem-solving mindset ・Future management ambition <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having experience in audit ・QA manager experience
