GENERAL INFORMATION
§ Position: Japanese Speaking- Interpreter – Manufacturing
§ Job code: JO-170830-135412
§ Work Location: Hung Yen (has bus from Hanoi)
§ Work Time:
ü Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
ü Saturday: morning 8am-12pm , off twice per month
§ Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese Manager
§ Main Tasks:
- Assist manager with paper work, working schedule, visit partners, clients…
- Interpreting/ Translating Japanese in the meeting
- Working and cooperation closely with Departments
- Create reports and submit to the director or other executives
- Other jobs will be assigned by Director
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: bachelor degree
- Language skills: Japanese fluently (N1/N2)
- Work experience: Experience in Secretary/ Assistant position from 2 years
- Be able to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure.
- Good communication skill and well-organized.
- Proficient in MS Office, outlook, etc…
- High corporate working attitude
- Responsibility, diligence, and patience
