Job Description
- Check the status of accounts receivable (checking long-term uncollectible receivables)
- Manage accounts receivable collection status (checking of long-term uncollectible receivables)
- Inventory inspection of merchandise (inventory assets)
- Confirm of disposal method of merchandise
- Manage Actual inventory inspection of equipment (fixed assets)
- Check of suppliers (changes in suppliers and scrutiny of transaction details)
- Confirm employee attendance (check attendance data, overtime work, etc.)
- Confirm of sales employee incentive payments, and personal information management status (employees, sole proprietor employee, etc.)
- Confirm personal information management (employees, sole proprietor employees, etc.)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Male preferred (There are many business trips)
・Age: 30~35
・Education: Bachelor or higher
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 or equivalent)
・Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Internal Audit or Auditor or Accounting
- Have management experience, team size is not required
・Others:
- Be able to go on the business trip 2~3 times a month
