<Position overview> You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing applications to support sales and streamline business processes as the company enters a growth phase. <Job Responsibilities> ・Planning, development, and operation of sales support applications ・Planning, development, and operation of back-office applications ・Conduct meetings and define requirements with field staff and IT department members ・Select platforms and SaaS services, and hold meetings ・Application planning and project management ・Development and implementation (Primarily SaaS-based solutions; low-code/no-code approaches may be used) ・Monitoring operations and implementing improvements ・Primary focus will be on group companies in China, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore, but will also include work with the Japan headquarters (including participation in Japanese application development projects).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 28-40 years old ・Language: Japanese - Business level (equivalent to N2 or above, can communicate with Japan HQ) ・Experience: - Have 4+ years of web application development experience - Experience in project management or requirements definition <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience with JAVA or Python is advantageous for our environment, but candidates willing to learn new languages independently are also welcome. ・Sales support and business management system development experience ・Experience creating detailed design documents ・Development experience with Microsoft technologies <Preferred personality> ・Self-motivated learner ・Capable of self-management in a primarily remote work environment
