<Job Responsibilities> ・Manage overall import and export operations (management 70%, hands-on 30%) ・Supervise and lead team members, including warehouse staff ・Prepare and review trade documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, C/O, etc.) ・Oversee outsourced operations with forwarders and ensure smooth coordination ・Handle customs-related processes and ensure compliance with Vietnam regulations ・Coordinate with internal departments (production, accounting, etc.) ・Monitor delivery schedules, cost control, and risk management ・Identify issues and drive continuous improvement in operations <期待> コスト・納期・法規制のバランスを踏まえた最適なオペレーションの構築を担っていただきます。 主に日本およびASEAN諸国との取引を背景に、チームマネジメントおよび社内外との連携を通じて、安定かつ効率的な物流体制の維持・改善に貢献していただく重要なポジションです。 <職務内容> ・輸出入業務全体の管理(管理業務70%、実務30%) ・倉庫スタッフを含むチームメンバーのマネジメント ・各種貿易書類(インボイス、パッキングリスト、B/L、C/Oなど)の作成・確認 ・フォワーダーへの外注業務の管理および調整 ・ベトナム法規に基づく通関関連業務の統括 ・社内関係部署(生産・経理など)との連携 ・納期管理・コスト管理・リスク管理 ・課題抽出および業務改善の推進
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: From 35 years old ・Gender: Female only ・Education: Bachelor’s degree ・Language: - English:Conversational Level (Email Conversation) - Japanese: Intermediate level (JLPT N3 or above, mainly used for internal communication) ・Experience: - From 3 ~ 5 years of experience in import/export operations - Experience in team management ・Personality - Strong knowledge and experience in import/export and trade operations - Leadership and coordination skills to manage teams and work with other departments - Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of responsibility and a proactive mindset ・Other: - Knowledge of Incoterms and payment methods (L/C, T/T) - Knowledge of logistics or supply chain is a plus <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・ Experience working in Japanese or international companies is a plus
