<Job Responsibilities>
• General Affairs (Administration)
- Ensure legal compliance and support the Board of Directors (BOD) in planning and executing company projects.
- Lead or directly conduct negotiations and transactions with partners and suppliers.
- Manage and support foreign expatriates.
- Plan and manage internal events, meetings, and guest receptions.
- Verify invoices for operational expenses and prepare payment requests.
• Human Resources
- Manage and delegate tasks within the HRGA team, providing guidance and coaching to subordinates to improve their skills.
- Handle recruitment activities: understand hiring plans, post job advertisements, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and finalize recruitment.
- Manage HR data, process payroll, and execute welfare and benefit procedures.
- Manage and monitor employee overtime hours.
- Contribute to, review, and implement HR policies in line with legal requirements and company directives.
- Lead activities to enhance employee development and engagement.
- Support the BOD in calculating and managing budgets.
• Other
- Propose and implement ideas for improving business processes and optimizing costs. Encourage creativity and a spirit of contribution among subordinates.
- Provide input, summarize, and offer interpretation support for accounting and financial matters.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (headquarters, other subsidiaries, etc.) to execute joint projects.
<職務内容>
総務(Administration)
• 法令遵守を徹底し、会社のプロジェクトの計画・実行においてBODをサポートする。
• パートナーやサプライヤーとの交渉・取引を指揮、または直接行う。
• 外国人駐在員(Expatriates)の管理とサポートを行う。
• 社内イベント、会議、来客応対などを企画・運営する。
• 運営費用の請求書を確認し、支払い申請を行う。
人事(Human Resources)
• HRGAチームの業務を管理・分担し、部下のスキルアップを指導・育成する。
• 採用活動を担当:採用計画の把握、求人掲載、書類選考、面接、採用。
• 人事データの管理、給与計算、福利厚生手続きの実行。
• 従業員の残業時間を管理・監視する。
• 法的要件および会社の方向性に沿った人事ポリシーの策定・見直しに意見を貢献し、実行する。
• 従業員の能力開発やエンゲージメント向上のための活動を主導する。
• 予算の計算・管理においてBODをサポートする。
その他
• 業務プロセスの改善やコスト最適化のためのアイデアを提案し、実行する。部下の創造性と貢献の精神も奨励する。
• 経理財務案件への意見貢献、取りまとめ、通訳サポートを行う。
• 関連部署(本社、子会社など)と連携し、共同プロジェクトを遂行する。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in business administration or a related field.
・Language: Japanese and English - Business Level
• JLPT N2 or JBT 2 or higher is required
• English proficiency sufficient for business communication (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or IELTS 6.5)
・Professional Skills & Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of practical HRGA-related experience in a Japanese company, including at least 2 years in a management position.
• Knowledgeable in labor law, social insurance law, and personal income tax, with a basic understanding of accounting and finance.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, graphs, etc.) and PowerPoint.

• Leadership & Management Skills: Able to delegate tasks, guide, and develop subordinates.
• Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including the BOD, employees, and partners.
• Proactiveness & Sense of Responsibility: Takes responsibility for one's work and is always willing to take on new challenges and learn.
• Attention to Detail: Has a meticulous and careful personality, especially for tasks requiring attention to detail, such as legal documents, contracts, payroll, and benefits.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience working at a company with 50 or more employees is a plus
・Experience using HR management software (such as MISA) is a plus.
<Working conditions>
• Main office: Viettel Tower, 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Contract factory (OEM): HCMC Tan Binh District, Binh Duong province, Dong Nai Province, Ha Noi, Nam Dinh Province, Cambodia, Indonesia, etc.
• Visit factories and partners on a weekly basis, using the company’s car.
• In case of an overnight business trip, daily allowance and accommodation are provided.
