Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement HR strategies; improve organizational structure and internal policies. - Manage Recruitment, Training, Talent Development, and Compensation & Benefits. - Oversee employee relations, corporate culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws. - Manage administrative operations, including documentation, assets, facilities, safety, company seals, drivers, and liaison with authorities. - Develop and control internal governance & legal systems; provide legal advice to management. - Perform other duties assigned by the General Director.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Gender: Any • Age: 30~40 years old • Language: Japanese - Business Level & English - Conversational Level • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Administration, Economics, or related fields. • At least 10 years of HR management experience; logistics background preferred. • Strong knowledge of Labor Law, PIT, Social/Health Insurance; solid HR management skills. • Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making; meticulous, flexible, and highly responsible.
