Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. General Affairs - Manage all office equipment, supplies, stationery, mail, parcels, and internal and external express delivery. - Plan office management to improve efficiency and handle arising issues. - Organize internal and external company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement. - Greet and assist clients and partners visiting the company. - Monitor and manage the daily/weekly/monthly work progress of the general affairs team, ensuring timely and quality completion. 2. Recruitment - Receive recruitment needs from departments/teams. - Develop and direct the implementation of recruitment strategies: draft job descriptions, post job openings on appropriate channels, screen resumes, contact candidates, arrange and support interviews. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels and propose improvements. - Assign, guide, and train subordinate staff to perform recruitment tasks.

<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Female only ・Age: Under 30 years old ・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 or higher) ・Experience: - More than 2 years of working experience (prefer HR GA experience) - Interested in back office and internal tasks. Interested in organizing events. - Good at Microsoft Office
