<Job Responsibilities> - General administrative procedures related to factory startup (inspections and audits under fire safety regulations, etc.). - Payroll and attendance management - Recruitment and onboarding management of workers and other operational staff - Establishment of internal systems - Creation and translation of internal regulations manuals, etc. - Translation of internal business documents and interpretation at meetings - Management of information updated from industrial parks, government offices, etc. - Support for coordination within the company, branches, and other departments - Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 28-35 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's degree ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (at least N2), English - Conversational (mainly used for documentation or email) ・Having experience in a GAHR position in the manufacturing industry ・Good understanding of obtaining necessary permits and licenses for the factory startup process. ・Having 3-5 years of experience in similar positions ・Good understanding of the situation for setting up a new factory ・Good teamwork ・Being able to commute to work independently <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Good understanding of the Japanese Manufacturing environment ・Having high communication skills ・Can work multitasking ・Work with a sense of responsibility. ・Can work flexibly
