Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Source, develop, and manage household products (home decor, furniture, daily necessities, etc.) to meet market demands. - Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers regarding production progress, quality control, price negotiation, and delivery schedules. - Handle practical import/export procedures and documentation to ensure smooth shipping and customs clearance. - Act as a key liaison between the Vietnam office, Japan Headquarters, other ASEAN subsidiaries, and external business partners. - Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and product presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Qualification: College Diploma or above - Language: Japanese - Business Level (equivalent JLPT N2 or higher) AND English - Intermediate Level (Capable of smooth reading, writing, and speaking for international meetings) - Experience: + At least 2 years of experience in Product Development, Merchandising (MD), Production Management, or related coordination roles. + Practical experience in Import - Export (Logistics/ Trade) processes. + Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (for data analysis/ pricing) and PowerPoint (for presentation proposals) Nice-to-have Qualifications: * Prior working experience in Japanese corporations. * Experience handling household products, furniture, or home living goods.
