Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (equivalent JLPT N3 or higher) AND English - Intermediate Level (Be able to communicate) - Experience: + Experience in MD work, product development, production management, and coordination work (at least 2 years) + Work experience at a Japanese company + Work experience in the household industry + Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint) + As the core of the job will involve daily cooperation with the factory (on-site checks, quality improvement guidance, delivery date negotiations, etc.), the ability to respond practically on-site is required.
