Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> (1) Product development/design review Select suitable factories based on product plans and drawings Prevent design issues and quality risks during the development stage Check product specifications and compliance with customer requirements and regulations Manage development progress and judge readiness for the next process Report and coordinate with Tokyo HQ (2) Delivery management Manage schedules from development to mass production, shipment, and product launch Confirm production capacity and lead time before mass production Monitor production progress at factories Manage shipment schedule and on-site confirmation until delivery Coordinate and report to Tokyo HQ (3) Quality management Develop preventive actions for quality risks during product development Check the quality of mass-produced products Instruct factories on quality control and inspection methods Check and improve the factory production environment Investigate causes of defects and implement corrective actions Report and coordinate with Tokyo HQ (4) Cost management Propose specifications to achieve the target cost during the planning stage Suggest cost reduction ideas, such as packaging optimization Improve production process efficiency and reduce cost (5) Team management (depending on experience) Staff hiring and training 1. 商品開発における設計審査 - 企画・図面から適正な工場選定 - 品質確保：設計段階での不具合や抜け漏れを未然に防止 - 仕様の適合性確認：顧客要求や法規制に合致しているかをチェック - 開発の進行管理：各フェーズでの成果物が次工程に進める水準かを判断 - 上記内容についての本社（東京）への報告と連動、関係者の合意形成 ２. 納期管理 - 商品開発〜量産〜出荷〜発売までのスケジュールの立案 - 量産前の生産キャパ、生産LTの確認 - 生産進捗状況の現場確認 - 納期管理および出荷までの現場確認 - 上記内容についての本社（東京）への報告と連動 ３. 品質管理 - 商品開発段階での品質問題の予知予防策の立案 - 量産先上げ商品の品質確認 - 工場での管理手法・検品手法の指導 - 工場での生産環境チェックと改善指導 - 品質不良発生時の原因調査と改善対策 - 上記内容についての本社（東京）への報告と連動 ４. コスト管理 - 商品企画段階でのターゲットコスト達成のための仕様提案 - 梱包仕様など商品仕様以外でのコスト低減立案 - 工程改善や効率化立案によるコスト改善 ５.チームマネジメント（経験に応じて） - スタッフの採用、育成
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 30~45 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Languages: Japanese - Business Level ・Experience: - Experience in home appliance product development or manufacturing (design, production control, or quality management) - Experience handling multiple categories of home appliances (kitchen appliances, household appliances, seasonal appliances, etc.) - Basic understanding of technical terminology and drawings - Coordination and negotiation experience with internal/external stakeholders <Preferable Skill / Experience> - English business level is an advantage - Experience working in a Japanese company is preferred - Team management experience - Experience handling Southeast Asian factories - Flexible mindset to handle various product categories - Strong communication skill with multinational stakeholders
