Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage day-to-day accounting operations (sales and purchasing, debits, cash and bank transactions, reimbursements, accrued expenses, VAT). - Perform general ledger accounting entries (recording assets and depreciation, allocating prepaid expenses, account reconciliation). - Verify and issue electronic invoices (e-invoices). - Statistically compile, synthesize, and analyze accounting data as required. - Prepare periodic internal reports, financial statements, budgets, and reports for submission to the Department of Planning and Investment (DPI); review statistical reports. - Explain data and provide records to auditors and relevant authorities (tax offices, statistical departments). - Handle tax-related issues: corporate tax filings, VAT calculations and returns, foreign contractor tax, business tax, and liaise with tax authorities. - Provide guidance and support to subordinates as a team leader. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. - Language: English or Japanese - Business level - Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a general accountant position. - Proficiency in office computer applications - Basic knowledge of accounting software. - Able to arrange work time <Personality> - Careful, hard-working, and honest personality - Ability to withstand work pressure and take responsibility. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience using accounting software, especially Fast Software (ERP) - Actual work experience on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs)
