Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Execute general administrative procedures for factory startup, including inspections and audits based on fire safety regulations. - Conduct recruitment activities, including compiling departmental needs/requirements and managing the process post job posting. - Handle payroll and attendance management. - Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for employees and operational staff. - Maintain and manage internal company regulations. - Translate internal business documents and provide interpretation during meetings. - Manage and update information from industrial parks and government agencies. - Support collaboration and coordination within the company, across factories, and between departments. - Carry out other duties as instructed by the Line Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Age: 28-35 years old. - Gender: Any. - Education: Bachelor's degree. - Language: Business-level Japanese (N2 or higher); Conversational English (mainly for document creation or email). - 3-5 years of experience in HR/general affairs in the manufacturing industry. - A thorough understanding of the situation regarding the establishment of a new factory. - Excellent teamwork skills. - Ability to commute independently. - Ability to work flexibly. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Japanese N1 level proficiency. - A thorough understanding of the Japanese manufacturing environment. - High communication skills. - Multitasking ability. - Ability to work responsibly.
