<Job Responsibilities>
- Highly skilled and experienced GA-HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of General Affairs (GA) and Human Resources (HR) within the company
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to office administration, employee management, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology).
・Female, over 35 years old
・Language: Japanese at Business level and English at Intermediate level
・Experience: Have at least 4-5 years of working experience as an HR-GA manager
- Having working experience in Japan/ASEAN countries in the manufacturing industry
- Experience with ISO and CSR-related tasks
- Understanding and promotion of DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion)
- Experience in planning and managing internal events and communication initiatives; knowledge of labour laws, especially those skilled in handling employee relations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience using HR management systems
