<Job Responsibilities> ・Manage forwarding and bonded warehouse customer service operations on behalf of the company ・Manage and guide subordinates in each business area to provide excellent customer service ・Coordinate with our company in Thailand to implement improvements for better operational systems and workplace environment ・Coordinate with customers, shippers, and service providers (including interactions with overseas customers, including Japanese clients) ・Report irregularities and other necessary matters to the relevant parties.
