<Job Responsibilities> Factory Management * Manage overall factory operations and monitor targets and plans * Identify issues and provide direction to relevant departments * Make decisions and take action to solve factory problems Production & Quality Management * Manage production from mold manufacturing and injection molding to final products * Manage raw materials, personnel, and equipment * Improve productivity, equipment utilization, and production costs * Analyze quality problems and lead improvement activities * Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Japanese Customer & OEM Project Management * Build relationships with Japanese customers and business partners * Coordinate specifications, quality, delivery schedules, and costs in Japanese * Communicate customer requirements and specification changes to internal teams * Manage OEM project progress and delivery schedules * Handle customer inquiries and complaints Organization & People Management * Manage factory staff and related departments * Manage staffing, work allocation, training, and performance * Strengthen cooperation between departments Improvement & Business Management * Drive QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) improvement * Improve production processes and reduce costs * Understand customer needs and market trends * Manage key factory KPIs, including production, sales, and costs ＜仕事内容＞ ・工場全体の運営・管理 生産、品質、コスト、納期、安全、人員の管理 工場目標・計画の設定および進捗管理 各部門の課題把握、改善指示および問題解決 ・生産・品質管理 金型製造・射出成形から製品完成までの生産工程管理 原材料、人員、設備などの管理 生産性・設備稼働率・コストの改善 品質問題の原因分析および改善活動 設備メンテナンス・トラブル対応の管理 ・日系顧客・OEM案件管理 日系顧客・協力会社との関係構築および各種調整 日本語による仕様、品質、納期、コスト等の調整 顧客要求・仕様変更の社内展開および部門間調整 OEM案件の進捗・納期管理、問い合わせ・クレーム対応 ・組織・人員管理 工場スタッフ・各部門のマネジメント 人員配置、業務分担、教育・育成、パフォーマンス管理 部門間の連携強化および円滑な工場運営 ・改善・事業管理 QCD（品質・コスト・納期）の改善 生産工程・業務フローの改善およびコスト削減 顧客ニーズ・市場動向の把握 生産・売上・コスト等のKPI管理
Job Requirement
【Necessary Skill / Experience】 ・Education: Bachelor’s degree or above ・Language - Japanese: Business level - English: Basic communication and reading/writing skills ・Experience - Experience managing a factory or production department in the manufacturing industry - Knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes such as injection molding, plastic products, or molds - Experience managing overall factory operations, including production, quality, cost, delivery, and personnel - Experience negotiating and coordinating with Japanese companies or Japanese customers 【Skills】 ・Factory management skills, including production planning, quality control, cost control, and delivery management ・Ability to lead improvement activities focusing on QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) ・Ability to manage and analyze production, sales, and cost data using Excel or similar tools ・Problem-solving skills, including identifying root causes and working with relevant departments to resolve issues ・Management skills to lead staff and coordinate multiple departments 【Preferable Skill / Experience】 ・Experience in plastic injection molding, mold manufacturing, or plastic processing industries ・Experience managing a factory for an OEM manufacturer ・Experience managing OEM or contract manufacturing projects for Japanese manufacturers ・Experience coordinating specifications, quality, and delivery schedules with Japanese customers or technical staff ・Experience improving production lines through automation or labor-saving initiatives ・Knowledge or experience with ISO and quality/manufacturing management systems ・Experience using AI or generative AI tools to improve work efficiency and business processes ・Interest in using AI for data management, report preparation, process improvement, and improving factory operations 【必須条件】 ・学歴：大学卒業以上 ・言語 - 日本語：ビジネスレベル - 英語：基本的な読み書き・コミュニケーションが可能なレベル ・経験 - 製造業における工場・生産部門のマネジメント経験 - 射出成形、プラスチック製品、金型などの製造現場に関する知識・経験 - 生産、品質、コスト、納期、人員などを含む工場全体の管理経験 - 日系企業または日系顧客との折衝・調整経験 【スキル】 ・生産計画、品質管理、コスト管理、納期管理などの工場管理スキル ・QCD（品質・コスト・納期）を意識した改善活動を推進できる能力 ・Excelなどを使用した生産・売上・コスト等のデータ管理・分析能力 ・問題発生時に原因を把握し、関係部門を巻き込みながら解決に導く問題解決能力 ・スタッフや各部門をまとめ、業務を推進するマネジメント能力 【歓迎条件】 ・プラスチック射出成形、金型製造、樹脂加工業界での経験 ・OEMメーカーでの工場管理経験 ・日系メーカー向けのOEM・受託生産案件の管理経験 ・日本人顧客・技術担当者との仕様・品質・納期調整経験 ・生産ラインの自動化・省人化に関する改善経験 ・ISOなどの品質管理・製造管理に関する知識・経験 ・AI・生成AIなどのツールを活用した業務効率化・業務改善の経験 ・AIを活用したデータ整理、レポート作成、業務プロセス改善などに関心があり、工場運営の効率化に活かせる方
