Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Create MEP design and construction drawings based on requests from the design department in Japan ・Attend meetings with the Japanese design team ・Perform quality control of completed drawings ・Respond to and resolve issues as they arise ・Provide support to team members as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 27 ~ 35 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor Degree or above (majoring in Architecture or Facilities) ・Language: Japanese intermediate level ・Experience: - At least 5 years of experience in creating MEP design and construction drawings using Revit or Rebro (Tfas) - Experience working at a Japanese construction company (understanding of Japanese drawing quality and standards) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in team leadership or management - Work experience at a design or construction company in Japan
