Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage the CEO's schedule and tasks.
・Handle various internal and external coordination duties.
・Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and partners.
・Visualize tasks and manage project progress (a simplified PM role).
・Other general duties related to branch operations, such as administrative tasks and business process improvement.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 level or higher)
・Experience:
- At least 5 years of professional work experience.
- At least 1 year of work experience in Japan.
- Experience in one of the following:
+ Coordinator for offshore development or global teams.
+ Executive Assistant.
+ Project Assistant.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・English: Conversational to business level.
・Experience working at a Japanese company or supporting a Japanese manager.
