<Job Duties> - Interpretation/translation (Vietnamese ⇔ Japanese) for design, bidding, and construction work for an ongoing development project in Hanoi, Vietnam, and assisting construction managers/staff in preparing contracts, invoices, and payment work.. 1. Interpretation/translation work (Vietnamese ⇔ Japanese) in construction project promotion work promoted as a developer A) Design/design management, schedule management, budget management, bidding management, construction management (quality control, safety management), etc. Among the development work performed by the developer, we will provide interpretation services for our Japanese technical managers/staff regarding construction-related work. implementation. * Interpretation between Vietnamese and Japanese, mainly at project meetings. B) Translation of various documents, presentation materials, and drawing data. C) Interpreting with project team personnel at facilities and construction sites managed by our company. ② Preparation of contract documents, billing documents, handling of payment operations, and other support duties for technical managers/staff. A) Creation of simple materials in Japanese/English/Vietnamese under the guidance of technical managers/technical staff B) Other operational support for technical managers/technical staff (as required)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's Degree in majors related in language or architecture field ・Age: 25-35 years old ・Gender: Any ・Language: Japanese business level (N2 above, can interpreter at equivalent to N1) and English at Intermediate level ・Experience: 3 years of working experience as Assistant, GA staff and Interpreter at any industry. - Can use MS Office <Preferable> - Experience in architectural interpretation/translation work
