Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
• Collaboration with the Japanese Parent Company & Process Integration: Maintain regular communication with the parent company's development team in Japan to roll out and establish their adopted development methodologies and technical standards within the Hanoi team.
• Leading AI-Driven Development: Lead the evaluation, implementation, and operational integration of Generative AI and various AI tools across all phases of the development process (e.g., brainstorming requirements, automated test code generation, automated code review, and integrating AI into CI/CD pipelines).
• Development Promotion & Delivery Management: Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs) at the Singapore HQ to translate business requirements for ERP systems into technical requirements and development tasks, driving smooth development execution, code quality control, and delivery management within the Hanoi team.
• Team Management: Perform people management for a Vietnamese engineering team of approximately 50 members, including goal setting, performance evaluation, 1-on-1s, and career development support.
• Technical Leadership: Support architecture selection and technical problem-solving, ensuring quality through code reviews.
• Recruitment & Organizational Development: Participate in engineer recruitment activities for the Hanoi office, foster a new AI-driven engineering culture, and create a positive work environment.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above
・Language Skills: 
o	English: Business Level (Essential for collaborating with BAs in the Singapore HQ and communicating with local engineers).
o	Japanese: Business Level (Essential for technical communication and introducing methodologies with the Japanese parent company's development team).
・Experience: 
•	10+ years of practical experience as a Software Engineer.
•	5+ years of experience in engineering team management or as a Tech Lead.
•	Hands-on experience and a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in improving development processes using AI, or technical knowledge regarding LLMs and prompt engineering.
・Experience in developing and operating ERP systems or large-scale enterprise web applications.
・Experience managing offshore development centers or multinational teams.
・Work experience in Southeast Asia (Experience in a Vietnamese development organization is a strong plus).
